Clinic Manager: Karen Rogers
After studying Biology at Bath University, Karen embarked on a career in the fast paced Pharmaceutical Industry. Working in a laboratory environment for many years, Karen gained experience in many different areas. This includes not only laboratory techniques but also people management and health and safety. This was all a great learning experience for Karen, and helped her to realise her passion for delivering a truly exceptional customer experience. She feels communication as well as going above and beyond expectations are key. After working in such a high pressure environment Karen is happy to be working in the relaxed and friendly atmosphere found at Relief Chiropractic Clinic.
Karen is a great advocate of Chiropractic care as it has helped her gain relief from whiplash and painful pelvic issues, as well as delivering better quality of life.
Karen joined Relief Chiropractic Health Clinic as Clinic Manager in January 2015.
What does the Clinic Manager do?
Karen’s main responsibilities are:

- Complaints and Feedback
- Management of Room Use
- Reception Management
